All items subject to Michigan Sales Tax and are subject to the terms and conditions of the contract.  We will refuse all illegal, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or patently offensive material hosted, included or linked to.  It is our judgment whether the site falls into this realm.

• The Gift Certificate will purchase a 1 page custom brochure site with your logo, approx. 200 words of digitally provided text and 2 photos, in the colors of your choice.  (example of a one page site is here ). Hosting and domain not included.
  • Redemption requires contract must be signed and if beyond the scope above, additional retainer may be required.
  • 1 Page site, as described, may include advertising related to website content.
  • Includes one round of minor revisions to text and design.
  • Website is provided by FTP upload only.
  • Hosting must be contracted with approved providers.
  • Includes NO search engine optimizing, meta tags or submissions.
  • You may apply the certificate to any site you'd like to build, but a retainer is required and work will be billed at our hourly rate.
• Or use your Gift Certificate for Hosting with the purchase of a web site.  Get a year of hosting for $125 - a $250 value.  A huge variety of scripts and extras are available  too!
  • Two year contract with prepayment is required.
  • Developer reserves the right to choose hosting provider (may or may not be us)
  • Does not include email, storage and bandwidth limitations apply.
  • We reserve the right to terminate agreement at any time, for any reason, or to change providers as we deem necessary.
    
• Or use your Gift Certificate for a Web Site Review - a $250 value which includes a phone consultation and  evaluation of your existing site for browser compatibility, consistency, search engine optimization and more.  And you'll get a generous discount applied to the initial invoice if you hire us for any redesign or repair work.
  • Does not include on-site consultations which are available at full cost plus drive-time and require a letter of engagement.
  • Review results may be provided by email.
  • Results may not be shared with any third party and are solely for Clients own information.
