Our Referral/Affiliate program earns you money.
Whether you have a friend that needs a website, or want to refer visitors to your website - sign up for our free referral/affiliate program and earn cash. You can earn up to $100 per web site! Any kind of web site is eligible for our affiliate program - from a basic html web site to ecommerce or content management.
In appreciation, we will reward any referral with 5% commission on the first invoice for any new or redesign work on project completion. There is no limit to your commission earning potential and no limit to how many web sites you can refer. Every time you send us a client that decides to use our web design or redesign services - cha ching! You get paid!
You MUST use the tracking form below to be eligible. If you'd like, we can provide an affiliate link for your web site so that all referrals can be tracked automatically.
If you'd like us to follow up with your referred friend, just check the box below. If not, just complete provide some basic information and we'll keep it on file and they can call us. It's your choice!
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
- Only 1 payment per new client.
- Large complex sites may be reviewed on a case by case basis for higher remuneration.
- Referral payment will be paid to the referrer when we the site is complete, we have received full payment and all payments clear.
- Associations and working partners are excluded from this program (as special arrangements will be established with them).
- Referrers cannot refer their own web site.
- commission is not paid on click-through's, leads, incomplete projects, or late pays.
- There is no limit to how many customers you can refer, or how much you can earn from referrals.
- You cannot refer a previous customer.
- We reserve the right to refuse any client due to heavy workload or type of web site requested (no porn, illegal, etc.)
- The maximum commission per web site is $100 based upon 5% of the first invoice or retainer.
- Project must be contracted within 1 month on click through's, 3 months on individual referrals to be eligible for commission.
- This offer may change or cease at any time and without notice from OMalley Web Design/C O'Malley & Associates LLC who will not be responsible for damages resulting from program termination or changes.
- This form MUST be submitted for each referral to be eligible to claim a commission unless using an affiliate link. Merely notifying us by email or verbally does NOT guarantee you a commission.
- A tracking code URL will be sent to you when you apply for a link.
- Bartered sites or sites under $1000 are not eligible.
