Whether you know one person that needs a website, or want to refer many customers from your own website, sign up for our referral/affiliate program and earn cash. Most of our projects come to us via word of mouth referrals. It it is important to us that someone thinks highly enough of our work to recommend us to a friend or colleague. In appreciation, C O'Malley & Associates will reward any referral, by giving YOU 5% of the first invoice up to $100, directly to you upon project completion.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

  • Only 1 payment per web site/new client.
  • Payments will be paid to the referrer once we have received full payment from the referred client and their site is complete. Payments will not be made until your balance reaches $25.00.
  • Large complex sites may be reviewed on a case by case basis for higher renumeration.
  • Referral payment will be paid to the referrer when we the site is complete and all payments clear.
  • Associations and working partners are excluded from this program (as special arrangements will be established with them).
  • Referrers cannot refer their own web site.
  • Bounty is not paid on click-throughs, leads, incomplete projects or late pays.
  • There is no limit to how many customers you can refer, or how much you can earn from referrals.
  • You cannot refer a previous customer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse clients due to heavy workload or type of website requested (no porn, illegal, etc.)
  • Payments that are past due will nullify the referral fee.
  • The maximum bounty per website is $100 based upon the first invoice.
  • A referral is good for 3 months on click throughs, 1 year on individual referrals.
  • This offer may change or cease at any time and without notice from C O'Malley & Associates LLC.  C O'Malley & Associates LLC will not be held liable for any resulting or related damages.
  • This form MUST be submitted to be eligible to claim a referral fee.
  • A tracking code URL will be sent to you when you apply for a link.
